Beautiful hotel, I Ioved the history behind it. It was my childrens first trip to Paris so I needed it to be the best. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Perfect location for everything. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful.

Everything, The location was great, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. When I checked in I was offered an upgrade by Samuel to an unbelievable suite with 2 rooms a terrace and view of the Eiffel Tower. The suite was truly magical. The Concierge team including Baptist and Aziz went out of their way to make me very happy

after a hiccup with our terrace room - this was solved very quickly by the lovely Jacqueline. really enjoyed our stay - good location - easy walking to lovely sites and restaurants.

The service and cleanliness were really impeccable. The room we chose was also well sized (we know how small they can get in major European cities like Paris). Particularly appreciated the exemplary, attentive service and level of cleanliness under these pandemic travel times!

The staff are super nice. The concierge are very helpful with calling taxi and suggesting dinner places. The bell boy was super helpful and fast and efficient!

Everyone was so kind and friendly. Rooms lovely. Very clean. Beds are very comfortable!! Breakfast each morning fabulous!

Ok so... I believe in good research before choosing the perfect hotel. This time, I'm happy I succeeded in my selection. Superb hotel, great helpful staff, the room was clean and had everything we needed. BTW, the bed was amazingly comfortable. We enjoyed our vacation and enjoyed Paris, some of it is because of this hotel. Best 4 star hotel in my opinion.
